From Script to Screen: A 360° Visual Storytelling Solution for Vieira Financial Group

When Framework Creative approached me about helping rebrand Vieira Financial Group, they were looking for more than just a photographer. They needed a partner to help tell a complex, multi-dimensional story, through stills, video, aerial footage, and on-camera narrative.

Together, we created a visual language that speaks to Vieira’s values: legacy, trust, and community, all while staying true to the practical needs of a real-world production.

The Challenge: Visuals That Inspire Confidence

Vieira Financial Group serves high-net-worth families in Rancho Santa Fe, California. With a full rebrand underway, the creative brief from Framework Creative outlined ambitious goals:

  • Lifestyle photography that reflects the lives of their clients

  • A brand film introducing founder Tom Vieira

  • Drone footage to situate the brand in its community

  • Cohesive messaging that would land emotionally with prospective clients

This project required direction, storytelling intuition, and a deep understanding of how brand visuals impact perception.

My Role: More Than a Photographer

Though I was initially brought on as Director of Photography (DP), my involvement extended across the entire arc of the project:

Director & On-Set Leader

I led the visual production, including camera direction and coordination across multiple shoot environments.

Stills Photographer, Drone Operator, and Videographer

I personally captured all still photography, drone photography, drone videography, and filmed the full on-camera interview with Tom Vieira. This hands-on approach ensured consistency in tone, style, and technical execution across formats.

Messaging Consultant

I helped revise the interview script and coached Tom during filming, ensuring his on-camera delivery felt authentic, confident, and clear.

Creative Strategist

I worked with Nick Nieto (Framework Creative) to design a plan that balanced ambition, logistics, and budget—ensuring the final deliverables matched the brand’s aspirations.

This wasn’t just a shoot. It was a true 360° creative collaboration.

How We Executed It

  • 5+ locations across Rancho Santa Fe

  • Professional models and real clients

  • Drone operation and FAA compliance

  • Full photo and video team coordination

  • Live direction and coaching on-set

The entire production was structured to serve the final strategy: helping Vieira show—not tell—how they serve clients across generations.
